We got our existing tempur-pedic cooling pillows at Rooms To Go 5 years ago (2019). They were starting to lose their spring, so I ordered these new ones. After a week or so, I went back to my old one. The new ones do NOT have the cushion or spring back. They also depress to only an inch or so on the ends. Very disappointed.

This pillow is AMAZING!! I've had problems with my neck for over a year and have tried several different pillows with no results. After the 3rd night of sleeping on the Tempur-Cloud pillow I could feel results. I've been sleeping on it for about three weeks now and I honestly feel like I have a new neck!! I'm absolutely amazed. I'll never do without my Tempur-Cloud pillow!!
