Our new Pillows and Matress

We have been using a queen then king Number bed for the las 20 plus years. The bed never held it shapes so this year we purchased a King Tempur Pedic matress and we love it. We were never happy with our pillows no mater what brand we purchased they wouldn't hold their shapes and always collapsed in the center during the night. We now have the Tempur Cloud pillows they hold their shapes and we love them and completed our set with the pillows.

Liked a tempurpedic pillows at a friend's house so tried to order one through the website. Wasn't comfortable/the same one so tried to return it. Customer support gaslight me saying that a pillow is too personal in nature (but a bed is not?!). Won't be buying products from here anymore.
