so i have never liked the normal tempurpedic pillows with the large portion being on the neck. however, the cloud pillow does not have that bump. it is the shape of a traditional pillow. i love it. whenever there is a bogo sale, i order more! zero neck issues. i'm a side and back sleeper and it works for both. i am on the shorter side 5'1" and like thinner pillows. this isn't thin, but when you lay on it, it forms to you and feels perfect. zero complaints! heads up though...a long time ago, i did order one thinking that 2 would come during a bogo. be sure to put 2 in your cart for the bogo...or else you just get one. they at least have that printed on the website now of how to order

Make sure you really know what you are getting before ordering. This pillow isn't cloud soft, it's very hard. Queen size is very small.
