Customer service is patient, but promotion team is terrible

I purchased 2 pillows on 9/15. Within 24 hours, a new promotion for buy one get one free started, and I opened an online request to cancel my order immediately (within 24 hours). On 9/17, I called the customer service. She was patient and nice. She told me that I cannot cancel the order because the label has been created, though it's not even delivered yet. She told me that it's harder to cancel, but she will create another ticket for promotion team to see if they can replace my order with the new deal since it's almost the same day for the promotion start and my purchase. She told me that it should be do-able. This morning, despite how helpless and frustrated I feel, the promotion team (Joe P. and Olivia J.) only respond "We are unable to cancel this order as it has shipped. I am sorry this is the case." Would be great if they can tell me if there's any alternative solution, or how I can escalate the request. Also, instead of using one sentence to tell me it is what it is, it would be great answer my other questions in the same email. Overall, I don't feel they really care about my ask. That's what I feel disappointed about because other than that, Tempur-pedic does make good pillows. It used to be my favorite brand.
