Owned for three years, mattress sagged, non-supportive and very uncomfortable. After several months of back and forth with Tempurpedic it was deemed defective. So, another charge for an upgrade, we did not have the confidence to in simply replace the same product, we had to pay for a delivery fee to replace their defective product. Hope this works, would not buy another mattress from a Company that does not allow its' Retailer to get involved in the warranty process.

We now own two of them. Between work, and life. Good sleep Is hard to come by. Might as well get the best sleep you can, and sleep Tempurpedic.
