I wanted to spend a considerable amount of time sleeping on this mattress before writing my review, as my partner and I have different needs. My partner is 6'6", runs hot, and has back problems that require extra support. I am 5'6", tend to run cool, and prefer a softer, plush mattress. Therefore, we decided on a medium firm option as a compromise. One of my concerns was motion transfer since I shared the bed with my partner. Thankfully, this mattress does an amazing job of absorbing movement! If my partner gets up in the middle of the night or shifts around, I barely feel it. This has been a game changer for my sleep quality. My partner was also worried about heat retention, which can be an issue with memory foam mattresses. That's why the hybrid design was a better fit for us. I've noticed a significant difference compared to our old mattress, which trapped heat and made him sweat. The quality of this mattress is impressive. The materials feel premium, and the sturdy build gives me confidence that it will last for years. I've had it for a while now, and it still feels just as supportive and comfortable as it did on the first night.
