the sales person convinced us that it would soften up over time and I wish we could return it for the soft one as it hasn't as it is too hard.

Just got the mattress and Base. So far love them. Would really love it it is serial numbers were more accessible or if at least the delivery people would tell you to get them before the bed is put together. Practically impossible to get the information to register after bed is set up.
