High quality mattress as expected for the price I paid. The described white glove delivery is nothing special - same caliber folks that delivery appliances and furniture locally. I was overwhelmed with daily texts and emails about delivery status that were repetitive in nature and unnecessary after the 5th one. All I needed was a delivery window and a 30 minute heads up from the delivery team - I received 10+ redundant texts and equal number of email - waste of my time and annoying to be treated like child.
