I had a mattress that was sagging just within 2 years of use. It started giving me back pain and shoulder pain. The comfort was immediately noticeable from first night. I woke up fresh. The mattress does not sag and gives the right support to lower back. I love this mattress. My only hope and expectation is it continues to give same level of comfort even in future for next 10 years. It should not sag like my previous mattress. I will post my review after 2 years again to report the status.

I got this mattress to replace an *18 year old* luxury Sealy mattress that was finally starting to fail and cause me severe back pain. Before trying the Luxebreeze Soft, I tried two other mattresses that didn't quite cut it (another Sealy, and a Serta). I am 6' tall side sleeper with an athletic build, weighing in at 200 pounds. Keep that in mind when I describe the supportiveness of the mattress. I not only sleep hot, but I am generally very uncomfortable in weather above 70 degrees - and this is the only all foam mattress advertised as "cooling" that actually seems to work. The other mattresses that I tried that advertise cooling (my old mattress and the other two that I mentioned above) cool in a way that's like, "the first 15-20 minutes will feel cool, and then it will be hot throughout the night." Not this mattress. This mattress has a cover that, on its own, stays cooler longer than the initial 20 minute period of most mattresses, but it also has enough ventilation to the point where the mattress was able to breathe throughout the night and not trap heat. If you're a hot sleeper, and you want an all foam mattress, this is easily your best bet. Next, I'm going to talk about the supportiveness of the mattress. In a word, perfect. What I mean by that is, the softness and firmness of this mattress REALLY work with my body type, as well as my wife's. She is a little shorter than me, weighs less than me, and is a combination sleeper (she used to be a back and stomach sleeper, but she's recently been trying to become a side sleeper, and this mattress' comfort makes it easy for her to do). Our shoulders and hips sink in just enough to feel comfortable and with zero pain (unlike the other mattresses I tried recently), and the firm support layer gives us proper support for our back/lumbar region. So, while this mattress is described as "soft," it primarily seems to be focused on the top (comfort) layer, and not the overall feel of the mattress. Meaning, you can sleep in any position and feel comfortable/cradled, as well as supported by the firm support layer. The comfort layer is thick enough to where your shoulders and hips and sink into it comfortably and not make any noticeable contact with the support layer, because all you feel is comfort. Next, and equally as important to me as the other things I mentioned: motion isolation. It was a big reason I had to return the other mattresses I trialed before going with the TEMPUR-pedic. If cooling and support are all you care about, you may be happy with a latex mattress. If you care about those things and also motion isolation, this mattress is the clear winner. My wife often moves around a lot, and did so with my old mattress and the other two mattresses I tried. Her movements would shake me awake, and it was extremely irritating. With this mattress, the soft comfort layer seems to make her want to stay in place, so she's not even moving like she used to. And, when she does, I can't even feel it. Seriously, I can't feel when she gets in and out of bed, or moves at all. The motion isolation on this mattress is EXCELLENT. By far, better than any other memory foam mattress I tried, and much better than latex mattresses. Some other things with mentioning: The mattress works great with my adjustable base: no issues what so ever. The construction feels extremely high quality. It was very expensive, but worth every penny. We spend a third of our day, which means a third of our life, in bed. If you have specific needs that this mattress can address, spend the money. You won't regret it.
