We purchased our mattress April 2021 and we were really impressed with it. Here we are 4 years later and not so impressed. We both are not sleeping well as it has lost it's support. We have a hump in the centre that makes you unable to stretch out. Both of us are sleeping close to the edge as that seems to be the only place we can get comfortable. My husband actually fell out of bed recently trying to get comfortable. If the cost had been less we would have replaced the mattress by now. We aren't sure what to do about this.
