Broader shoulders and back, means that your hips are going to sink further despite firmness. This overarches the back, especially for someone that needs to keep they shoulders and head elevated/ in line due to neck issues. Very stiff in the lower most back. Otherwise, it is very firm but slowly softens, especially through the night.

My wife and I are SO ecstatic about our new mattress!! We haven't had deep, painless sleep in years!! No pain at all during the day or night!! My wife has been seeing a chiropractor and acupuncturist for years and this has stopped ALL THE PAIN! Love the firm support! Thank you!!

My experience in the product is Good,but not great i am still in back pain though its not the bed fault. The bed i bought after a couple of years is already sagging I love tempur pedic the sales ref that help us to get the bed are awesome, However when something wrong with the bed and need to file a claim man oh man it's a horrible experience I had. Toooooo much trouble in filing a claim you become photographer to get the photo that file department wants and the horrible thing is you being accused of manipulating the photo.This bed i am getting is a replace of my sagging bed for after a tormenting claims experience with Victoria she is in claim department if you get her good luck to you hopefully she is better in doing her job for you all. But for me she accuses me of manipulating the photo I sent her. After this bed I will no longer getting tempur pedic I could use any smart bed that goes with my smart base pretty much.

This is the hardest "soft" bed I've slept in, even after 4 months. I had a cloud luxe previously, which I loved and had hoped to replicate. Sadly not the case.
