I own a split king Pro Adapt Firm and that mattress was perfect. I loved it so much I recently purchased a ProAdapt Firm Queen through Ashelys. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED as I sink in the mattress and it doesnt hold its firmness. I purchased this near end of October and I had to wait thirty days to enact the satisfaction warranty and I also have to submit proof. This is terrible policy where I have to justify the my unsatisfaction for a warranty exchange.
