This is our 4th tempupedic. The first 2 were queen size - they are still great. The 3rd was a king and after about 7 years was breaking down. Thought we'd try again. The Pro adapt firm, after 30 days, is still extremely hard and uncomfortable. Feels like sleeping on a board. Shoulder and hip pain in the morning. If no improvement we will definitely return. Losing confidence in Tempurpedic. Quality not what it was. Disappointing.

Really got tired of replacing our mattress every five years or so. Always higher end like Aireloom or CW. Thought Tempur would last a bit longer, well we have had it for 3 months now and it is still hard as a rock. Tried all the "break in" suggestions that we found and is still like laying on concrete when you first get in bed. When you turn in the middle of the night, I almost completely wake up until I settle back in and fall asleep.

Just purchased the ProAdapt mattress after circling the brand for a few months. We had tried the mattress in store multiple times but kept backing away thinking the cost was too high. After suffering a shoulder injury, it was time to make the leap. From our sales representative to the delivery personnel, we have had a personable and zero hiccup experience. Everything was completed as described and we remain in the adjustment/honeymoon period. Fingers crossed that we adjust and love this mattress!
