I was ecstatic to purchase my Temperpedic mattress and thought I made an informed decision after my research. I'm a side sleeper so I asked a lot of questions and tested mattresses from other companies before making my final purchase. I've had my mattress for about 5 years now. Around year 2, I noticed an invisible indentation in the middle of my mattress, causing me to slide into it regularly. I never thought I'd have to climb out of bed literally and needless to say, I was quite disappointed. When I inquired about the warranty, I discovered my mattress doesn't qualify because the indentation is invisible according to Temperpedic standards. I've spent thousands of dollars for an uncomfortable mattress and have to replace it. I've wasted my money and will not purchase another Tempurpedic.

Looking for a mattress to relieve minor shoulder pain. Sleeping on this mattress caused immense pain in shoulders within 30 minutes. I have tried to sleep on it multiple nights and I have to get up and move to another bed. Worst mattress I have ever owned.
