This bed is comfortable, but it does feel a bit soft for a medium. I'm about 225lbs and a back sleeper. On this bed I feel pressure points from uneven pressure relief particularly in the area of the lumbar and spine. If I switch to side sleeping it feels great. Being a hybrid there is a little bounce when moving, but the bed is still overall well dampened by the foam. The signature Tempur-Pedic hug effect can be lightly felt and is comfy but not as indulgent as a full foam counterpart. Is a mildly bouncier bed (useful for handicap and seniors to get out of bed) I bought this on clearance so I'm very happy with my purchase. The bed is a gift for a relative moving in with me and she loves it.
