I have started a claim. I have an indentation on the mattress where I sleep and sit. I received a rejection. I have not spoke with anyone from TempurPedic. All correspondence has to be by email. A picture that I sent did not show that my mattress met with their guidelines of warranty coverage to be approved for a full replacement. My mattress is only 7 years old. The warranty was one reason why we picked this product mattress.

The mattress feels significantly different from how it did when I bought it at the store. I understand that there's a break-in period, but the medium hybrid mattress feels quite stiff even after three weeks. I'll give it a little more time before I swap to a softer mattress.

This is my 4th Tempurpedic mattress and 2nd LuxeBreeze (firm), which is a warranty replacement on my previous LuxeBreeze mattress. About 2 years from purchase, my previous mattress developed a sag on my side of the bed. The warranty claim process was simple and the new mattress was delivered within 5 days of submitting the claim. Customer service was excellent. My only complaint - which is just me whining - is having to go through the "break-in" period for a new bed to let it soften up a bit. I have loved every mattress from Tempurpedic and highly recommend them.
