Sagging in the middle

I bought the Estate Rockwell 14.5" luxury plush, Queen, prime only two years ago. For the last six months I have been waking up with neck and back pain. I realized it's because the mattress is sagging in the middle. I'm the only one that ever sleeps in the bed and I only weigh about 140 lbs. Thank goodness there is 10-year warranty. But now I have to go through the hassle of getting a credit and coming up with the difference! I purchased this because it was recommended highly by friends. I'm very disappointed.

After 15 years we had had enough of our sleep number bed and wanted an upgrade. We visited many furniture showrooms and laid on many beds but kept coming back to Stearns and Foster. For various reasons we bought our bed directly from Stearns and Foster and found their customer service to be top rate. We are primarily side sleepers and found this medium firmness bed gave us the proper support. It's been two weeks now and so far are very happy with our decision. We are not only sleeping better and longer but wake up more rested and with less aches.

Its definitely a different experience. Growing up, I did not have my own room and we all sleep together in one bed and mattress. Its a typical foam and not even a mattress to begin with. Given the opportunity to experience the product is an achievement unlocked. The quality and satisfaction it gives me when I wake up in the morning equates the value of it. It is an investment and worth the price I paid for. I do not usually buy expensive mattress but this one is worth it.

The mattress is only a few months old and already sags over an inch in middle. Company will not do anything about it cause it has to sag at least 2 inches. Thousands of dollars down the drain! Save your $$ and go a different route.!!
