Sinking After 3 Years, Warranty Not Honored. My Back Hurts.

I loved this mattress from 2021 to mid 2024. It was comfortable and supportive. Then last fall it began to sink in the area around my lower back. As a back sleeper I began to experience worsening lower back pain. I tried sleeping on the other side and shortly developed the same problem. When I submitted for the supposed 10 year warranty, they had no complaints about my bedframe set up. They merely said that per my measurements, the bed "hadn't sank enough" for the warranty to be honored. My back disagrees. I got a very expensive Tempurpedic mattress with the hopes of having a top tier mattress and high quality sleep for 10 years plus. I barely got three. Don't waste your money.
