Worst experience with a product this expensive I've ever had. Way to firm. I tossed and turned, waking up several times throughout the night from having a sore back.

Nice quality but not very comfortable. Tried the soft out in the store and our bed is no where near as soft. I've tried walking on it to break it in but it just doesn't seem to help. Wake up with back pain every morning and don't know if I can take it much longer and hope it breaks in better.
