We purchased our king size mattress 3 years ago for almost $4000. Bed is sagging to the point that you roll to the middle. They have you lay a broom handle on the bed with a quarter leaned up against it to file a warranty claim. Never have I ever purchased a product that uses that as a way to file a warranty claim. Regardless, they will deny your claim. Then offer you 75% off a certain mattress on their website which is overpriced as well. This bed is the worst bed I've ever owned. Switched to a sleep number. We should have a done that the first to around but the sales lady convinced us that these mattresses had the best warranty and durability of any mattress in the market. They do not. Please trust me and spend your money on another brand.

It's been a couple weeks and we are already getting the best sleep of our lives! We have been needing this and putting the purchases of a remote perdic off for years. We thought we couldn't afford it. Turns out the mattress is very affordable and we were so happy with the easy purchasing and delivery process. All in all I can't believe we didnt make this purchase phase sooner
