Nice and soft but also supportive for my lower back. My shoulder used to go numb when laying on my side and it does not with this mattress!

This mattress was sent to me and I love it!! The mattress arrived well packaged and protected. There was a slight odor because it was sealed but after a couple hours it was gone. The mattress is very large and a lot higher than my previous one. It is very very comfortable! I feel like this mattress will last me a very long time.
