The pillow is thicker than I was used to and firmer, so it took some a few nights to fully adjust to it. It was worth it. After visiting the family over the holidays and staying in the guest room, I realized how much of a difference this pillow made for my neck. In the two weeks away, I developed some stiffness and neck pains, but the first night back here I slept soundly, comfortably, and woke up with no pain. Also, I normally get pretty warm at night and the cool-side of the pillow is the only comfortable side for me. Previous pillows would require flipping over in the middle of the night if I woke up, but this pillow does not seem to heat up like others as much which is a nice bonus.

I love these pillows. I kept several types of pillows on my bed to switch out when my neck or shoulder start to ache. Now I only need the tempur-cloud pillow! It feels firm at first but then you slowly melt into the pillow. Love it.

The pillow is just firm enough, but you still sink right into it. I haven't noticed any issues with overheating, it seems to stay cool. I'd buy another!

Never had a better pillow………it conforms to your head and neck position…….no more fluffing needed when you change sleep position ! Only negative is………….the queen size is more like a standard size, if you like a bigger size pillow……….order the King size………PILLOWS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED !
