My husband did not like it because he said it was too cold. I bought him two, one for home and the other for our cabin. We were even able to return or exchange the unopened one.

Used a similar pillow on holiday and decided to invest. As a side/stomach sleeper the shape I experienced was quite helpful is sleeping. This product has uneven heights so I sought to exchange for another product as it was still sealed and on original packaging. Despite guarantees on mattresses, unopened and unsealed pillows aren't returnable. It's buried in the fine print and customer service was dismissive of my concerns. Stuck with expensive pillows and will never buy from this brand again.
