Dual Cooling Breeze Prolo King & Queen Pillows

Do not purchase these pillows unless you just have money to throw away and can find other uses for them. They are extremely overpriced for the quality you don't receive. They are nothing like what we tried in the store. They go flat and do not support your head and neck. You wake up with a sore spot on your head if you lay in the same position for an extended period of time. I also put the Queen next to the King with a yard stick across them and a level on top of that to compare the height. They are both supposed to be 5 inches tall but the Queen is even lower. I was told by the store, after I received the pillows and having issues, that I need to turn my AC down to 68 or lower in order for them to be like what was in the store. One, I am NOT doing that and two, that should have been communicated while I was trying them out in the store. I will be filling out a warranty on both King and Queen pillows and it better be approved!! Over $500 in pillows that I cannot use!! The other disappointing point with Tempurpedic pillows is that they will not do any type of exchange or return...even within 30 days. I was previously using Sleep Number beds and pillows and they will allow an exchange on pillows and mattresses within 100 days of purchase with no questions asked. You would think that Tempurpedic would do the same as their competitor. My thought is that they could sanitize and shred the pillows to make the foam for their adaptive pillows. They will take mattresses back to be sanitized and resold at outlet, but will not take pillows??
