I purchased my mattress from Ashley Home store in Norfolk, NE. I registered online after we installed mattress. Exact product number as described is not listed in your pull down. I improvised as best I could. I am not willing to pull back the sheets, protector, and search for the serial number on the mattress. To my consternation, the serial number was not stated on the bill of sale. The mattress itself is good. Please note that I am a 100% disabled Veteran with limited mobility.

This mattress started sagging really badly after a few years and the company was quick to dismiss the warranty claim. Just because there was some minor discoloration at head level (even though the mattress had a protective cover for years), they claimed that the mattress was not treated properly and the warranty is void. The discoloration is extremely minor and not where the mattress is sagging at all. I regret wholeheartedly spending the money on this. There are better and cheaper mattresses out there. THE WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING.
