I have scoliosis and sciatica. The Tempurpedic ProAdapt Hybrid Medium mattress is miraculous! I now have no pain in bed at all or when I get up. I am finally sleeping at night instead of tossing and turning, trying to find a comfortable position. I feel younger and more energetic! I also purchased the Sealy Ease Adjustable Base and I LOVE IT! The Zero Gravity setting is a marvel!

We paid for Tumpur-pedic hauling away old mattress, but delivery showed up and just placed mattress new front entrance and left without a word. Called store we purchased mattress, they said a glitch in system occurred and delivery truck returned 45 minutes later and completed delivery scope. Then we went to register the mattress that required serial number which I could not find on mattress, so called Tumpur-pedic customer service, they kept providing erroneous information (3 times) on finding the serial number line unzip the cover... I finally insisted on talking to a supervisor and finally was given correct info on finding serial number. We like the mattress but hope Tumpur-pedic will improve their quality control.
