It does keep me cooler than the other protector I was first using. I recently bought the sealy postourpedic hybrid. It was recommended to use this protector. I have allergies and dogs. Anything to help get a better sleep. I have a 14 inch mattress and it fits great. I was stunned by the price. But it has a 10 year warranty. Hopefully my investment will last 15 years like the mattress. Material is soft. Takes a while to dry in the dryer due to the water proof material. Like that it has straps to hold it under the mattress. No chemical smell. Washed nicely.

I took two foster teens into my home. I had two old beds with failing mattresses. I purchased two tempur-pedic toppers and those beds were transformed into an oasis for these children. Every morning they wake up and tell me how "wicked awesome" their beds are. These products helped to make my home "homey" and comfortable for two amazing homeless teens. The best mattresses and toppers around.
